In production, Al Majmoua is exclusively using the Excel Audi Bank plugin since
they can open tab delimited files in Excel.
This request is to drop the Audi Bank Import tab-delimited Plugin.
reasons:
- it's already out of sync with the excel plugin
- keeping it requires testing it
- customer isn't using it
