Support kmbi reports. Particularly those identified as requiring a baby
datawarehouse approach. Aim to have reports as simple to write as possible
with heavy db query complexity and performance moved to an 'ETL' step which
generates the data into datawarehouse summary tables.
Can more easily pass on knowledge of this process and this set of reports to
Data Warehouse project.
