Created a client, then enabled Additional family details property. Subsequent
edit of that client's personal info results in NPE.
Repro steps:
1. Create Mifos client with ClientInformation.AreFamilyDetailsRequired=false
(on attached dataset, client 0002-000000003)
2. edit personal information for client. Edit of client proceeds without error.
3. Stop mifos, change ClientInformation.AreFamilyDetailsRequired to "true".
4. Start mifos, Search for same client, edit personal information.
5. Submit personal information.
Expected Result:
able to edit personal information
Actual Result:
See attached NPE.
Attaching dataset used for testing along with custom properties. As an aside,
current properties include:
ProcessFlow.ClientPendingApprovalStateEnabled=false
ClientRules.CenterHierarchyExists=false
