Found property hides family details when
ClientInformation.AreFamilyDetailsRequired=False. Also can make the family
details mandatory with ClientInformation.AreFamilyDetailsRequired=False.
When ClientInformation.AreFamilyDetailsRequired=True, found the additional
family details page appears as expected, but couldn't control the
mandatory/optional state of the fields so posted new issue - MIFOS-3245.
