NPE editing personal information when AreFamilyDetailsRequired=true

Attempting to submit Edit personal information page results in NPE when the
property AreFamilyDetailsRequired is set to true.
Repro steps:
1. set ClientInformation.AreFamilyDetailsRequired=true in custom properties
file.
2. start mifos
3. create client
4. on client details page, click on Edit personal information link
5. preview/submit. (no changes needed)
Actual result: attached NPE -
org.mifos.customers.client.business.ClientNameDetailEntity.updateNameDetails(ClientNameDetailEntity.java:109)
Expected result: able to save changes
