The important part here is notification. We need a notification if a partition
is above 90% full, exactly as mentioned on the [wiki page about monitoring
servers with
OpenNMS|http://www.mifos.org/developers/wiki/MonitoringSeversWithOpenNMS#setting-up-disk-usage-monitoring].
When the disk % full falls below 75%, the threshold should be re-armed.
Whoops, looks like /tmp/etc/opennms disappeared (likely cleaned out
automatically when the server was restarted to fix the firewall). I'll see
about recovering those config files off neem.
