To reproduce:
1- Add a new loan (the loan product must be configured with an uprfront fee)
2- Change the amount of the fee to be greater than the loan amount
3- Disburse the loan
4- Reverse the loan disbursal from the admin tab
Expected Behavior:
The reverse transaction of the disbursal should be inserted in the account_trxn
table
Actual Behavior:
No reverse transaction in the account_trxn table
