Loan product definition with Max # of installments of 6 more digits, e.g.
124490, results in "java.lang.NumberFormatException: Value out of range.
Value:"124490" Radix:10"
Repro steps:
1. Define Loan product
2. for Max # of installments, enter 999999
3. preview
4. submit
Expected result: validation error that you can't enter above certain size # of
installments
Actual result: exception report. see attached.
