If no value is entered for a custom field, then user can't edit it in Mifos

While migrating the client accounts, the mobile number wasn't set for the
clients and when editing the client information, the Mobile No Field wasn't
appearing
REPRO:
1. Migrate clients that do not have a value entered for the Mobile No Field
2. Go to client detail and click on edit
EXPECTED:
Mobile number field appears
ACTUAL:
Mobile number does not appear
NOTE: Should check this for all the custom fields.
