Stanley, you can get to this page by searching for a client that has an
existing loan, or creating a new loan for a client. If you don't know the
client name, you can drill down through the office/center/group to find one.
However, it looks like someone has already fixed this string based on what I
see in 1.6 (Shamim D). I'll attach a screenshot and close this as fixed.
