This may be moot with the work being done in Release E, but want to document
regardless...
If the survey question has a date type, the survey input prompts and validates
for YY on year instead of YYYY. This allows the user to enter two valid YY
values followed by non-numerics for a survey year. For example, I can enter
"98jk". When viewing that stored survey, the year appears as "0098".
Expected validation to be YYYY for this input type.
