Correct. Their current process has the entire center pooling their money and
making a single bank deposit for KMBI. They then bring this BDS voucher to the
center meeting and present that. This is for loan payments and savings
collections.
Disbursals are done by check, at the branch, so they probably won't be using
the CSE for disbursals.
