Adding some more related to this. We should not only allow the removal of fees
before loan disbursal, but display the fees that have been applied. There is
no way for the user to review the fees that were applied, unless they were
periodic. Should just add some more flexibility here for managing the fees
before the loan is disbursed.
Currently, work around is to cancel the loan and then re-do it. Painful.
