Turns out that this situation appears not just in current master but in 1.6 (to
be released) & 1.5 (didn't go back further than that)
OCCURS AFTER HITTING THE SUBMIT BUTTON ON COLLECTION SHEET ENTRY
This problem doesn't arise for every error that may occur during disbursal...
most of the disbursal validation is at the 'start' and those at the start work
fine. In this case the error occured when building the financial entries (at
the end)... this failed due to gl codes not being there. Even though the
collection sheet recognised that an error had occured and that the 'loan
disbursal' shouldn't be processed it did process.
It can also happen in exceptional cases for repayments.
REASON
The collection sheet save first applies a disbursal... if there are no errors
the account is added to a list of accounts to be saved... the ones in error are
added to a list of accounts in errors. However, the changes are still in
hibernate memory and are processed on commit.
I've added a hibernate command that evicts the errored accounts (meaning they
shouldn't be there to be saved) and am testing now with 1.6. Worked in initial
manual test now running build.
