Submitting Redo Loan of the GLIM loan generates a NPE on the latest Mifos code.
Repro steps:
1. log onto GLIM test server - http://ci.mifos.org:8104/mifos
2. search for client - office1 /newbly /group9 /ilwij lijlj:ID0002-000000016
3. redo loan, set disbursal date to 8 July 2010
4. Preview
5. Submit
actual result: NPE
expected result: complete redo loan path.
