Client creation is sticking a "Trained On" date of current date on client.
This causes a validation flag when editing MFI information since the "trained"
checkbox is off and there is a date in the date field.
Repro steps:
1. create client, ignoring trained fields.
2. note client details for new client has Trained On: of current date
3. Edit MFI info
4. Click preview, get validation warning: Please select the Trained checkbox.
Expected Trained on to be blank since user didn't enter a date intentionally.
Workaround is to blank out the date field every time user edits the MFI
information.
