Could you clarify the meaning of this story? There is an admin.ftl that
already exists. Vishnu & Haripriya have used it so far to point to the pages
that are waiting to be hooked up. If the idea is to make the Admin tab point
to an ftl page, then there is some coordination to do with Vishnu & Haripriya.
