The patch also didn't apply cleanly since we've since moved to git.
I committed a fix in d50c974db37bcf81b5b0787a18be4ac4b4c80cf0 following the
approach taken for hiding receipt ID and date in
application/src/main/webapp/pages/application/loan/jsp/RepayLoan.jsp
Integrated in head-master build #1686
