With "dir" attribute set to "RTL" in HTML element, the ordering of label and
input element for date input fields are shuffled. In order to maintain the
correct ordering, date input fields should be surrounded with "BDO" element
(see http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/dirlang.html#h-8.2.4). I've gone over
RTL issues under "Date" category in the XLS attached to this ticket. The fix
will handle all of the cases except "bulkentry_data" and "bulkentry_preview".
For those cases, text-flow will flow from RTL once the string contains RTL
characters. See attached rtl.html for illustration.
