Hi all,
Discovered an issue with this on KMBI's Test Servers. One of the check's below
needs to be changed.
REPRO:
1. Create a loan
2. Run the CSE on the day of the loan disbursal but don't submit, hit cancel
3. Go to the loan and try to disburse manually
EXPECTED:
Can disburse loan
ACTUAL
Get error " # Disbursal failed. This loan may have been disbursed elsewhere."
and cannot disburse loan!
I think the proper steps here in regards to the CSE need to be the following
1. If user hits canceled, then this shouldn't block disbursing
2. If user hits 'preview', this should block manual disbursal
3. If trying to disburse manually and its blocked because the CSE is on
preview, should do a time check and if its past the timeout period for a CSE,
allow the disbursal.
