Unable to see migrated centers when browsing Loan Officers

REPRO:
1. Import Valenzuala Personnel (Dropbox -> KMBI Data Migration - Sungard Share
-> Migration Templates from KMBI - Production Ready -> Valenzuela_Personnel
Info.xlsx)
2. Import Valenxuala test template ( Dropbox -> KMBI Data Migration - Sungard
Share ->Migration Templates - Testing -> VALENZUELA_PAULBA_MON_CNTR1.xlsx)
3. Click 'Clients and Accounts'
4. Select Valenzuala branch
5. Click on Loan officer 'PAUL ADRIAN BARLOTAY'
EXPECTED:
See the migrated center 'VAL-A-431'
ACTUAL:
Don't see any centers
