In the KMBI Share folder, under Metro Davao 1, the worksheet
MDB1_ROYGAPROSTA_THU_CTR1.xlsx is throwing a NPE. I looked through the data
pretty carefully and cannot identify anything wrong.
Please review and try to determine what's causing the error and let me know if
its data entry or a bug.
