Input of double byte characters like Chinese or Arabic is not working in 1.6
Mifos.
Simple repro case:
1. Go to 1.6.x test server - http://ci.mifos.org:8110/mifos
2. enter search string: "有"
3. View search result
Expected result:
No results found for 有 in All Branches
(see this on 1.5, http://ci.mifos.org:8108/mifos)
Actual Result:
No results found for 有 in All Branches
(on 1.6)
