The fix did not work with a masked production database at database version 217
in http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-3341. This was because the lookup
values used in the upgrade script were hard-coded.

> On running LatestTestAfterCheckpointIntegrationTest, some differences are
> apparent in the data dumps of the latest schema and data scripts and the
> upgraded schema & data from the checkpoint version 225. It appears that these
> differences are due to modifying upgrade scripts before version 255. Since
> latest-schema-checkpoint & latest-data-checkpoint were copied from the git
> history (when latest-schema & latest-data were at version 255), the
> modifications to the upgrade scripts are not present in them.
> As I discussed with Udai, the way out of this situation is to create an
> upgrade script to account for the differences in the upgraded schema & data.
