Tejus Datta updated MIFOS-3431:
-------------------------------

    Description:
As an MFI
I WANT to store the user responses to questions asked during Group creation
SO THAT this information can be used for various purposes including Loan
approval.

Acceptance Criteria:

- Ensure that the Questions that are associated with QG which are applied to
'Create Loan' are displayed on a new page that appears on click on continue of
the first page of Create Loan. Additional Information will not be removed until
data migration is completed.

- Ensure that the Question Sections are displayed in the order of creation.

- Ensure that the questions within a section are displayed in the same order as
creation.

- Ensure that the question when rendered on Create Group flow is marked as
mandatory (if the question was associated with QG as such) and a validation for
the same is made when the user clicks 'continue'.

- The response should be available in preview. On click of Edit Additional
Information, the user is taken to the QG page with responses pre-populated and
editable.

-When the user clicks submit for approval, the response should be available for
view from the Group page by clicking the link 'View Additional Information.

- Ensure that when the user chooses to 'Save for Later' the response should be
available for view from the Group page by clicking the link 'View Additional
Information.

- Ensure that responses to questions of all data types (viz. Text, Date,
Single-Select, Multi-Select) can be captured.

- Ensure that when an existing QG which is associated with Create Group flow is
edited (questions are added, questions are marked inactive, QG are marked
inactive) then the same should reflect on Create group flow.

- Ensure that if there are more than one QG associated with Create group flow,
then the QG should be displayed on UI in order of creation from the latest QG
in bottom.

- If Questions are added to a QG which has already been administered during the
creation of a loan, then the new questions should be displayed while viewing
the responses with blank responses.

- Ensure that only active QG are displayed to capture responses.

- Ensure that only active Questions are displayed to capture responses.

- If all questions in a section are inactive, then the section itself should
not be displayed.

  was:
1. Applies To Value
2. Displaying Question on page.
3. Persisting the responses.
4. viewing the responses.
5. Editing the responses.
