1. Page passes tests in Freemarker checklist:

2. Displayed when moving into Status list changes depending on the type
3. All added checklist items are shown sequentially down the page:

4. Remove selected works for one or multiple checkboxes
5. capitalize items label to Items
6. when you change type after entering multiple items, the list of items stays
in order down the page (this is a current bug in Mifos - items now show up in
horizontal list)
