Fixed.
* http://... always redirects to https://...
* any URL not starting with /pentaho redirects to /pentaho/
* http://reporting.mifos.org:8080/pentaho no longer works
* Apache URL rewriting, reverse proxy, and SSL config in
/etc/apache2/conf.d/pentaho
* also edited base-url in
/opt/pentaho/biserver-ce/tomcat/webapps/pentaho/WEB-INF/web.xml , the reverse
SSL proxy didn't seem to work without this change
