As an Admin
I WANT TO specify if a QG response should be editable
SO THAT the responses can be updated at appropriate location
Acceptance Criteria:
1. On the Create QG page, there should be a checkbox labelled 'Is response
editable?'
2. The checkbox is placed below the 'Applies To' dropdown.
3. When a QG is saved with the user preference for the above mentioned
checkbox, the same should be available for view whilst viewing the QG details.
4. By default the checkbox is unchecked.
5. If a QG has been set with this flag selected, then the responses to the the
QG captured on View Client, Create Client, Create Loan and Create Group should
be editable.
