Repro:
1) On ci 8085 server, go to create a loan account.
2) Select a user, select Educational Loan.
3) Enter in all information and continue on to Review Installments screen.
Expected:
Loan Amount and Disbursal Date at top are populated with right amounts.
Actual:
They're empty!
