Description:
As Grameen Foundation
I want the PPI surveys to be administered for each country
So that MFIs from different countries can have region specific PPI Question
Groups in Mifos
The user should be able to see a link named 'Upload PPI Question Group' under
Organization Preferences.
Clicking on that should open a new page (see attached screenshot).
On Cancel the user should be returned to Admin screen.
On submit the QG should be viewable from the list of QG page.
