To clarify the scenario.
KMBI staff, most often, will want to look at the current status of the loans in
question so the date should default to the current date.
Occasionally, they will want to look at the performance of the center's
previous set of loans and therefore, needs to backdate the ledger report.
The solution could be either of two options
1. Add a date parameter that helps in determining what loans should appear
2. There is an option the user can select to see the current or previous loan
We should only use the second option if we are having difficulty with the first
one or the first option is going to take a lot more time to implement, since
the first one will give the client more flexibility.
