Mifos stores GL names in mifosChartOfAccount.xml, we can show GL names in UI at
Financial transactions and drop downs of Loan/Savings product creation.
We can also make it configurable to show it on UI
1) GL Code - GL NAME
2) GL Name (GL Code)
3) GL Name only
4) GL Code only
