Unhandled Error page on pressing back button on browser after editing the survey

When I submit an existing survey after editing it, pressing back button on the
browser takes me to the error page which says "An unhandled Error has occurred.
Please contact your system administrator".
Steps to Reproduce the error:
1) Search for an existing client.
2) Open an existing survey for the client
3) Edit the survey
4) Click submit
5) Press Back button on the browser
Expected Result : I should be taken to the client details page
Actual Result : An error page gets displayed.
