Add question status to viewandedit questions page

I can set a question to active/inactive. However, when viewing the question on
the viewAndEditQuestion.ftl, I don't see the status. I only see the status
once I click the Edit link and edit the question.
Should add status to the view.
Also, should list of questions also reflect which questions are
active/inactive? What does this status mean?
