Turn off "auto-submit" on all reports

Currently, when running the reports on the Pentaho Reporting server, they will
auto-submit. Would like to get this turned off.
Accordingly to individuals on the #pentaho irc channel, this is done by editing
the master template for each report. I looked but was not able to determine
what value to change.
