Make edit additional information path for question groups put user back on
Preview page on submit, not the Create client path.
repro steps;
1. create new client
2. On Preview page, user clicks "edit additional information" button.
3. edit question
4. submit
actual result:.
users back on Create client - Enter MFI Information page.
expected result:
User is back on preview page - see behavior for edit personnal information
button on same Preview page.
