Radio buttons for Select from list of existing questions and Add new question
get reversed after adding one question.
Repro steps:
1. go to admin tab
2. click on add question group
3. add question radio button, and add a new question
4. while on same page, click back and forth on radio buttons and note the
fields below are now backwards - select is showing up with add options and add
is showing up with select option (see screenshot)
expected:
radio buttons to be consistent
