Redo loan does not take into account holidays

Currently, if you redo loan, it does not take into account the holidays and
sets part of the repayment schedule to those days. I've only seen this with
moratorium, so maybe its only with that holiday, but should check the others.
REPRO:
1. Set a holiday for a client's meeting schedule - moratorium
2. Start redo loan for the client, with a term that will pass over the holiday
EXPECTED:
Schedule should skip the holiday
ACTUAL:
Mifos shows a payment being due on the holiday :(
