definition of closed seems to be the following Account States [6,7,8,10,15,17]
which are
public final short LOANACC_OBLIGATIONSMET = 6;
public final short LOANACC_WRITTENOFF = 7;
public final short LOANACC_RESCHEDULED = 8;
public final short LOANACC_CANCEL = 10;
public final short SAVINGS_ACC_CANCEL = 15;
public final short SAVINGS_ACC_CLOSED = 17;
this is not part of it should it be?
public final short SAVINGS_ACC_INACTIVE = 18;
