The BatchJobHelper was used to pass http parameters to runBatchJobs.ftl to run
batch jobs for acceptance testing and perhaps in other use cases. The
runBatchJobs.ftl no longer exists with the completion of the Quartz/Spring
Batch integration with Mifos. This has broken a couple of acceptance tests
under development.
The goal here is to use BatchJobHelper to invoke the batch jobs in the new
Quartz integration.
