Currently, it appears the Total amount paid by client column is only displaying
the Microinsurance Fee.
Due to bugs 175 and 176, its hard to say if its not totaling the Loan
Processing Fee and Loan Insurance as well, but we see samples where it is
definitely not adding the CBU.
