Description:
This Technical work is required to bring down the build times on the CI as well
as on the local developer machine significantly.
The expectation is:
- On CI, the build time would come down from 30 mins to 20 mins, giving us a
gain of about 10 mins per build.
- On the local developer machines, the build time is expected to be brought
down from the current levels of about 50 mins to about 20 minutes.
Tasks:
Use the spike commited to integration-test-perf branch which has initial piece
of work.
Make the 163 odd failing test pass.
Commit the changes to agriculturalLoan branch.
