Chart Continious Performance test results

We now execute continuous performance tests on a scheduled basis. To improve
the visibility and analysis capability of these results that are currently
stored per job, we need to chart the results for each test.
For example, current results are:
http://ec2-184-73-8-37.compute-1.amazonaws.com:8080/hudson/job/Jmeter/lastBuild/performance/
Use Hudson plugin or extract these tables to a summary chart which
automatically graphs the results and archives along with the rest of the
results. Preferably the chart would be stored and accessible on the same EC2
instance.
