Product mix change log link in 1.6.x shows edit page instead

Clicking on the link "view change log" from the View product mix page brings up
the edit page instead of a typical change log.
In release e (head master) the link is gone entirely. If that's desired, then
this bug can be closed. If it should be there, then this still may apply:
1. log into http://demo.mifos.org/mifos
2. navigate to Admin / View Product Mix / Standard Group Loan
3. click view change log
expected: change log ui
actual: Add new product mix page with a "red dot" error.
