All criteria are fulfilled.
Tested with 2 Question Groups (with 2 sections) which contain:
* 4 Text fields
* 3 Numeric fields (one with min and max value)
* 2 Date fields
* 2 Multiple Select fields
* 2 Mandatory Single Select fields
* 2 Smart Select fields
