All criteria are fulfilled.
Tested with 3 Question Groups (with 2 sections) which contain:
- 4 Text fields
- 3 Numeric fields (one with min and max value)
- 2 Date fields
- 2 Multiple Select fields
- 2 Mandatory Single Select fields
- 2 Smart Select fields
