Provide useful message when user tries to prepay on Collection Sheet entry

Since Mifos now allows two loan accounts to the same loan product, there is
potential to try to prepay in Collection Sheet Entry and Mifos won't know what
how to allocate that prepay amount. With the change to MIFOS-3511, the
application will now display an error:
"amount specified is invalid."
This issue is to improve that error message to give the user better indication
of what's really the situation. Change error to be specific:
"Product xyz for client/group abc has two or more accounts open. Prepay these
accounts individually."
