Error while creating Savings account with more than one Question Group

I want to create Savings account with two or more Question Groups. I click
'Submit' and on the next page with the summary when I click 'View Savings
account details' the error appears and in fact the Savings account is not
created.
Steps:
1.During the creation of the Savings account on the page which displays all the
question groups associated with Create Savings, fill out the responses from
more than one associated Question Group.
2.Click on Continue button
3.On the next page click 'Submit for approval'
4.The summary page will appears with the message 'You have successfully created
a new Savings account'
5.Click on 'View Savings account details now'
Expected result:
Page with details of created Savings account will appear.
Actual result:
An error appears (see the attached file). In fact the Savings account is not
created.
Additional information:
1.You can create Savings account with the first (from the top) Question Group
filled out.
2.You can't create Savings account with:
- two or more Question Groups filled out
- second (from the top) Question Group filled out
