Show last completed date when batch job status = Failed

With new Quartz batch job scheduler page, show the last time the batch job
completed for any batch job that has current state of "failed". This will help
the administrator determine how long the batch job has been down.
Currently see:
ApplyCustomerFeeChangesTaskJob
Next start: 28-Sep-2010 00:00:00 Task Priority: 5
Previous run start: 21-Apr-2010 00:00:00 Previous run status: Failed
Task type: CronTrigger Cron expression: 0 0 0 * * ?
As part of the previous run status, display the most recent successful run's
finish date and time. If the batch job has never completed with success
status, display <none>.
