Per new requirements in

We need to improve the Phone Number Field to be unique and strip out
non-numeric characters.
Acceptance Criteria:
1) Saved Phone Number only has numbers
2) Cannot save 2 clients with same phone number

We need to improve Search with the following
1. Add ability to search by Client's Phone Number field. Must be exact match.
List search result as Client search result.
2. Improve Search on Center, Group, and Client Names so it is not just match on
first part of names.
